Code of Conduct

At Peak Academy, we endeavour to prepare students for real life. Our disciplinary process follows this principle of preparation and follows an escalatory structure that is often found in the working world. Our intent is to uphold a Code of Conduct that supports optimal learning within the environment and the relationships between staff and students. By following our code of conduct, we will foster attitudes of honesty, integrity and respect within Peak.

Disciplinary Process

Peak makes use of four levels of disciplinary categories, starting with intervention and escalating to first warning, final warning and lastly a disciplinary hearing. Our process is designed to be corrective and rectify problems when they present themselves.
