About Cambridge Examinations
The Cambridge International Education qualification is internationally recognized in more than 160 countries. Cambridge is a high-quality academic curriculum from the UK and is supported with excellent resources.
It offers flexibility and a range in subject choice and students can work according to their ability. The curriculum is specifically developed to stimulate independent and critical thinking. The syllabi have been created specifically for the international student body and avoids any cultural bias.
Our Exam Centre
Peak Academy's exam office is located at our Main Campus, but the examinations are held in our satellite exam venue at 30 Main Road, Fish Hoek.
Our exam session times are as follows:
AM Session: 09:30 to 11:30.
PM Session: 13:30 to 15:30.
Please note that Cambridge exam times are dependent on Key Time which is 11:00 and 15:00 for the AM and PM sessions respectively. For shorter papers, we adjust the exam start time to align better with Key time.
FAQ: What is Key time?
Key time is a Cambridge stipulated time when all students across the world writing a specific paper version must be under full exam centre supervision. Only once key time has passed, will students be permitted to leave the exam venue.

Examination Fees
Our exam center offers a wide variety of Cambridge examinations. We do our best to keep our exam fees competitive, but please note that our quoted fees are subject to change due to GBP/ZAR exchange rates. Furthermore, our fees quoted are per subject and there may be additional fees depending on the subjects i.e. practical exams for the AS Sciences have an additional practical fee.

Exam Prep Classes
Peak Academy hosts several exam preparation classes in the term leading up to the Cambridge external exams. These classes include the following:
Biology, Chemistry and Physics lab work classes aimed at preparing AS Level students for their practical exams and familiarising them with our lab and equipment.
Exam writer group revision classes hosted by Peak teachers within our academic week. These classes are Q&A sessions focused on past Cambridge exam papers.
